4. Authorship:

The word file sent at the time of submission must NOT have the names of the authors.

All authors need to be included only in the metadata and in the final version of the article (after analysis by the journal's reviewers). Authors must be registered only in the metadata and in the final version of the article in order of importance and contribution to the construction of the text. NOTE: Authors write the name of the authors with the correct spelling and without abbreviations at the beginning and end of the article and also in the metadata. If the name is incorrect for the DOI, it will generate a cost, as a new DOI will be generated.

5. Metadata:

Regarding metadata, it is recommended:

Filling in the metadata for the article is the responsibility of the author. When filling in this form, make sure that the order of the authors is the same as that of the article. Filling example: José Carlos da Silva Andrade de Souza. ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3476-3985.

Example of Metadata Filling:

Authors:

Name: José

Middle name: Carlos da Silva Andrade de

Email: souza@gmail.com

ORCIDiD: http://orcid.org/0000-0003-3476-3985 (note: remove s from https and leave only http. Do not put space anywhere on orcid)

The other data does not present problems in its filling.

NOTE: The authors' names cannot be capitalized, only the first letter of the name is in capital letters. And remember, the order of the authors in the metadata must be the same as that of the final article. If you want to change the order you must enter all the authors again.

Abstracts in metadata, it is necessary, when entering “edit metadata”, you must first select the “Form Language” (Portuguese, English or Spanish) and submit, which is at the top, as soon as it enters “edit metadata”. If you choose Portuguese (put authors, abstract, title and keywords in Portuguese). After you have filled in the title, summary, keywords in Portuguese, save and; go again to “edit metadata’ and choose the English language there it is no longer necessary to fill in the authors or the references, just fill in the title, abstract and keywords in English, at the end save and; then enter “edit metadata” again and choose the Spanish language, and fill in the title, summary and keywords in Spanish.
